Mohit is the Founder of MV Capital and lives with his wife and 2 children. Mohit’s journey as a real estate investor had humble beginnings and started later in life. After 18+ years experience in Program Management, Supply Chain and Technical Operations Mohit obtained his MBA from Wharton and learned about commercial Real Estate. His analytical skills, engineering background and project management experience created a solid foundation for evaluating and reviewing investment opportunities based on key parameters.

He started like most do in real estate, buying single family homes. Then he discovered the amazing benefits of taking on commercial multi-family investment projects. The low-risk profiles coupled with the high returns of past acquisitions had Mohit never looking back. Eager to share new opportunities with others who have the common goal of building wealth securely and effectively over time. Mohit Chopra scaled by creating efficient systems that scale, utilizing value-based content marketing strategies, and always focusing on providing exceptional end-user experiences.


Marianna Osipenko

Marianna graduated Babson College in 2003 with a Bachelor’s in Real Estate Finance and returned in 2009 to get her MBA. She spent the first 15 years of her career as a Managing Director of George & Company, one of New England’s premier business appraisal and brokerage companies.

In early 2019 Marianna followed her passion, and transitioned into full-time real estate investing. Over the last few years, Marianna has successfully invested in multiple high-end flips, value-add multifamily properties, as well as short-term rentals.

Yeadon Smith

Yeadon Smith is a husband of 16 years, father of four red haired children, marathon runner, and business owner.

Yeadon is a recovering youth minister now working full time in real estate. He is the owner of Live Oak Real Estate, and co-founder of Live Oak Capital, a real estate investment firm. They work with private investors to give them solid, consistent returns to build long term wealth and cash flow. Yeadon has helped grow Live Oak Capital to over $50 million in assets under his management since its beginning in 2019.

Jennings Smith

Jennings is the CEO of My First Million in Multifamily, co-creator of the coaching and mentor program The Deal Room and the host of Unlock Your Life Podcast. In 2013, Jennings started to purchase rental real estate, and in 2019 moved into commercial real estate, amassing a portfolio of apartment complexes, self storage, and mobile home parks. In three years, his portfolio has grown to over $60,000,000 in value, comprising over 1500 rental units, with $800,000 a month in rents collected.
